Dr. Ravi takes an impression of your teeth so the trays fit closely, then gives you dentist-grade gel to use for a set time each day over a couple of weeks. Take-home whitening tends to be gentler and easy to top up later, and the close-fitting trays keep the gel where it belongs.
Some people start in the chair and maintain at home with trays. We'll talk through which path makes sense for you before you commit to anything, and no question is too small.
