You’ll meet Dr. Ravi, who sees every patient personally. We’ll talk through your history, any concerns you have, and what you’d like from your dental care. From there, you get a clear plan in plain language. If something needs attention, we’ll explain what it is, why it matters, and what your options are. We’ll walk you through it before anything begins. Nothing gets started without you understanding it first, and there’s never any pressure to say yes on the spot.

It helps to bring a few things to your first appointment: a piece of ID, your dental insurance details if you have coverage, and your CDCP information if you’re enrolled. If you have recent x-rays or records from a previous dentist, those are useful too, though we can take fresh images if you don’t. Mostly, just bring your questions.

The Canadian Dental Care Plan is a federal program that helps eligible Canadian residents with the cost of dental care. It has brought many people back to the dentist, some for the first time in years.

Here’s what you need to know: we accept the CDCP, and we’re glad to welcome patients covered under it. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, you can check your eligibility at canada.ca. We can’t decide eligibility for you, and we won’t give benefits advice, but once you’re approved, booking your visit with us is straightforward. Just let our front desk know you’re on the CDCP when you call, and we’ll take it from there.

Insurance and direct billing

We offer direct insurance billing, so where your plan allows it we can bill your insurer directly and you settle only the balance. Bring your plan details to your first visit and we’ll help you make the most of your coverage, and we’ll always give you a clear estimate before treatment so you know the costs up front. When work is needed, you’ll know what to expect first.
